Application Notes

* Raster Files (Photoshop)
Keep files/elements in layers - do not flaten.
All text must be rasterized.
For best results submit your image at 20" wide or slightly wider.
This should result in a resolution between 300-500
Save your image to a cd with a file size not more than 1gb.
Adjusting resolution and image width will help achieve the proper file size.
Contact us by phone or email for the address to send the cd.

* Vector Files (AI, CDR)
This format is best for logos.
All text/fonts must be converted to curves.
No specific resolution is required.
File sizes not more than 1mb can be emailed to us.
Larger files will need to be burned to a cd and mailed.
True vector files saved in pdf are usually acceptable.

** Images copied from the web in .jpg, .gif and .bmp are not acceptable for processing
due to pixelation on enlargement.

Document Setup

• File should be setup in proper proportion to the chart below.
• If scanned images are in the file, RGB scans are preferred.
• Submit your file to sales@poolfelt.com in uncompressed PSD, AI, CDR or EPS format.
• PDF files are acceptable but may incur a fee if we have to convert the file to a useable format.
