Your cloth and design is completely printed using the DuPont Artistri system on Mercury Ultra pool table felt. Ultra is a premium cloth and the only fabric we use for custom designs. Be aware that due to the nature and complexity of printing on fabric the final product will have a matte or flater appearance that will differ slightly from what the same image would look like on paper or a computer monitor.
Your design may encompass the complete cloth or be simply a logo printed in the middle. If just a logo then you must specify a background color for the rest of the cloth. For the rails, your design can run up to include the rails, you can specify one of the colors from the main design or you can order a stock dyed rail set color. We will discuss the technical details of your design with you at time of order. See some custom design samples here.
PROCESS
1. Once you submit your artwork we review the design and produce an image proof which is emailed to you for examination.
A $25 processing fee is due when you submit the artwork. This charge is non-refundable but credited towards the purchase price of the full size print(s).
2. During the image proof stage we can make up to 3 modifications or tweaks as requested.
3. Once approved by you, the graphic/design is processed and programmed for full size cloth printing.
4. (Optional) If colors are a significant concern we will print and send you a sample (mini-proof) of your graphic on actual cloth so you
can review how the finished product will look. Colors will be based on Pantone color codes if specified.
ARTWORK & IMAGES

* For best results your design should be submitted as a Vector File using Adobe or CorelDraw.
* Additional fees will be charged if we have to workup, redraw or convert your image to a useable format for printing.

1. A deposit of $250 is due on mini-proof order. This charge is non-refundable but credited towards the purchase price of the full size print(s).
2. Balance is due once you approve the mini-proof design for full size printing. Average delivery time is 2 weeks.
3. All custom printed design cloth sales are final. No returns unless there is a significant manufacturing defect based on our inspection
