They made sure that my order arrived EARLY with no extra cost and communicated the status constantly. They responded to EVERY email-so rare for online companies. Thanks to Rick in sales for being so helpful. This is how an online company is supposed to work. My installer was shocked at the quality for the price and will start using this company too. We just received our Simonis cloth that we ordered recently, and we wanted to let you know how happy we are with the fast service you provided. We ordered “officially” on Sunday, knowing that the order would not be processed until Monday. This is Wednesday, and the package arrived before 10:00 this morning.
